Subject to a review of the code, documentation, and required access. We agree on scope, maintenance frequency, and response times; 24/7 support is not included unless explicitly agreed.
What should I prepare?

Is ongoing support available?
Bug-fix and handover terms are defined in the agreement. Additional features and ongoing maintenance can be scoped separately.
